VSN (Steels) Ltd is an industry-leading steel profiler and surface grinder.
We aim to offer our customers the highest quality products available on the market, with over 3000 tonnes of stock available in thicknesses from 6mm to 600mm and up to 32 tonnes individual piece weight
We take pride in our work and make every effort to produce quality products from quality suppliers backed by our fully lot traceable Advanced ISO 9001 : 2015 quality management system
All material is purchased from quality assessed sources, and all goods inwards are rigorously inspected. All metal is covered by a manufacturers test certificates, and is given a unique number, this enables us full traceability and stock rotation in order to keep up with ever changing steel specifications.
- Ultrasonic inspection to EN10160 by arrangement
- Mechanical and Charpy tests either as an upgrade or complement to mill analysis certificates.
- All blanks are dressed before final inspection and dispatch.
- Any customers special requirements such as additional marking or stamping can all be catered for.
- Completed orders will usually be palatalised and shrink wrapped.
