P355NL steel is a fine-grain, low-alloy steel composed of high carbon and minimal sulphur. Used in applications requiring high tensile strength, most commonly for pressurised systems and boilers.
We supply EN 1.0566 P355NL Steel in thicknesses from 6mm to 550mm.
The mechanical properties of this steel make it ideal for use in pressure vessels and boilers, in that it has high tensile strength, good crack resistance and high corrosion resistance.
Tensile Strength is between 450-630 MPa, depending on thickness
Yield Strength 295 – 355 N/mm2 depending on thickness.
